This painting is inspired by the beautiful island of San Miguel, Azores. I had a chance to live there for a month last year. This island is covered with the most beautiful plants, trees, and flowers. There’s a giant forest that has never been touched by humans. Being in this place strengthened my connection with nature. This painting is a reminder of how important it is to treasure and connect to the living world around us.
